The pack carries the claimed value, which is a label category. The site carries the measured value from the in-vivo test on that specific batch. Both are true. The measured one is the one you can check.

The test is run on human skin under controlled UV exposure, to ISO 24444. It is slower and more expensive than the in-vitro alternative, and it is the method the Indian standard IS 17494:2025 adopts.

SPF testing assumes 2 mg of product per square centimetre of skin, roughly two finger-lengths of gel for a face and neck. Most people apply about a quarter of that, and a quarter-applied SPF does not behave like the number on the tube. Apply fifteen minutes before sun exposure, and again every two to three hours.

Yes. Let it settle for a couple of minutes first. Under some silicone-heavy primers it can pill. If that happens, apply the primer over it rather than under.

It is fragrance-light and formulated with niacinamide and D-panthenol for barrier support, but we will not tell you it is suitable for every skin. If you have a known sensitivity or a skin condition, patch test on your inner forearm first and speak to a doctor. No. A sunscreen is a sealed cosmetic that goes onto skin, so once a tube has left us its storage cannot be verified and it will never be sold to anybody else. There is no returns process, no exchange and no trial period, and an opened tube cannot come back to us for any reason.

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph of the tube, its seal and the outer packaging, and we replace it or refund you in full at our cost. An unboxing video settles a wrong or missing item immediately.

You keep or discard the original as we ask. Nothing is collected and nothing is posted back, because a sealed cosmetic is not returnable.

Because publishing a lab report for every batch of one product is expensive and slow, and doing it for fifteen products would be a promise we could not keep. One formula, tested properly, is the whole proposition.
